My 10th & 11th month: Anak Indonesia

i was born in Indonesia and so i grow to love my country and all the uniqueness of it. Indonesia is my country and where ever i will go someday, i will surely say "there's no place like Indonesia" ... And this city where mom and dad met "Bandung city" where i was born as well, is one of the best city in my country. Once mommy was reading an article in a newspaper about Bandung; it said "Bandung, kota kreatif se-Asia Timur" Mom told me about those articles ...

The richness of the culture will allow you to explore and enjoy each uniqueness. Mom loves Batik. Batik has become a part of Indonesian cultures (specially in Java) since history. There's no history notes about where Batik come from. Some says that Batik technique comes from Sumerian, then it developed in java after be brought by Indian. But today, you can find Batik in many many country, like: Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Srilangka, and Iran. Even so, the most famous batik in the world is Batik from Indonesia, specially from

Java Island.

Whenever i wear Batik, im so proud of it. Im a trully "Anak Indonesia"

My 9th month: Solid Snack *kewl*

I love snacks!! Every 'lil thing in my house seems taste so good. Well, its normal for my age, because on this age i learned through tasting. I know thing through tasting it.. So i tasted everything; Mom would slowly said "no" and always succeed attracted me to some other thing whether i tasted things that i wasnt supposed to taste, like my "car" toys, dad's acrylic painting, mom's shoes *auch* ... well yeah i tasted almost everthing; i even tasted a coin from mom's wallet .. ohh not forgot i tasted a piece of gypsum @church one nite .. ck ck ck ..

"CURIOSITY" is the best word to explain what i felt this age. Mommy said "curiosity is good" because it will make me a learner. And a learner always learn something. And when i learn something, i grow more ... and as my curiosity level are growing each day, my brain also developing, my motoric also developing .. and when i didnt have that curiosity, mom and dad always successfully makes me curious. Thats why i grow more & more & more ..

So, how bout your curiosity level? Dont forget, it is good for your growth. *smile*

My 8th month: i like to move it move it

Do you know that the word 'environment' becomes highly important for my healthy development on this age; specifically i would say that i need "physical environtment" and most importantly i higly need "emotional environment". I knew that i was born healthy, i have been given food and shelter, but without 'emotional environment' which include: warmth, interaction and affection, i will suffered irreparable damage. *winks*

i learn through experience. im primed to take in all manner of information; looking, listening, smelling, touching, and tasting as i go. *giggling* (i even have my own 'solid snack'.red). Thats why mom and dad create an environment in order to give the opportunities to grasp, bang, push, pull, splash, and dig. *LOL* I need space to move about, roll, crawl,

 walk, run, and climb. Say WOW. and i need my parents to be involved in my play and exploration. (im not dora the explorer and if i explore alone, i'll missed a lot of things)

on this age, i like to move it move it ... i love to play, i even sometimes woke up at nite and play alone. Playing is important for me as well as eating is important.
